Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Employees of the Promoter and the Prize Sponsors, their immediate families and associated agencies are not eligible to enter.

Flights are not included. The winner and their guest are responsible for all travel to and from Byron Bay and any costs not listed above, including transfers, meals, incidentals and travel insurance. The stay cannot take place in December or January, and is subject to availability at the time of booking. The winner’s guest must be 18 years or over.

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. If any part of the prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any applicable laws. Product prizes will be delivered to an Australian street address provided by the winner. The Promoter and Prize Sponsors are not responsible for prizes that are lost, stolen or damaged after delivery. Manufacturer warranties apply to the Breville machine.

The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries within 48 hours of the competition ending at 37 Doody Street, Alexandria NSW [2015]. The winner will be notified by email and SMS, and by Instagram direct message where an Instagram handle was provided. The winner’s first name and state will be published on @booiebeauty Instagram.

If the potential winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, is found ineligible, or does not comply with these Terms and Conditions, their entry will be disqualified. A redraw will take place.
