    Not good

    I did not find this eyeliner a smooth experience to put on. I'm unsure whether its my eyelids or the pencil, but I found the pencil scratchy and rough when I applied it and I had to pull it/drag it across my eyelid to get any decent color.

    Not great

    Whether it's just my eyelids or whether it's the eye-liner itself, I'm sure but I found applying the eye-liner not to be a smooth,glide on experience. It felt scratchy and grainy when applying, almost dragging it across the eyelid. To get a decent level of color I had to apply several times
