BOOIE Product FAQs
Are you kidding? That’s not even a joke. We would never test BOOIE on animals. Our furry friends are for loving and cuddling and patting and feeding. Not for make-up-ing and certainly not for testing.
We’ve meticulously formulated BOOIE products to suit many skin types. Our products are formulated with high-quality ingredients, and while we can’t guarantee specific results as individual skin types vary, we’ve tried and tested BOOIE products on our team, our family, and our friends (but not our pets!), and even those with sensitive skin were good to go!
For the most part, yes. The only product which isn’t vegan is Where The Hell Is My… Nourished Lip Stick. It’s got a little beeswax in there to nourish and act as a barrier ingredient. Every other product in our collection is vegan.
We are super proud of our offshore manufacturers and work with a number of suppliers globally. Currently, our products are primarily produced in PRC with our trusted partner. Over time, the plan is to share the manufacturing love both domestically and internationally.
Whether you’re pregnant, breastfeeding, have a medical condition or are taking medication, when trying any new products we would always suggest you consult your doctor.

As soon as you’ve placed your order for a BOOIE Gift Card, you’ll receive an email detailing your purchase. You can forward this onto your friend, family member, or workmate from there.
BOOIE Shipping FAQs
We ship globally, however there may be some regions that we just cannot reach. Please contact us at info@booie.com to request confirmation before you place your order.
We know what it’s like to order online - who wants to wait? As soon as you place your order, it’ll be processed within 24 hours (Monday through Friday). Once your order has been shipped, delivery time within the United States and Australia is 4-7 business days, and 5-7 business days for all other countries. We may need a little extra shipping time during holidays or limited-edition launches and restocks. Throughout these busy times, delays can (sometimes!) occur but we’ll get your order to you as soon as we possibly can.
We get it. You zigged when you should’ve zagged. You’re only human. If you would like to change your order you have 90 minutes (within business hours AEDT) to cancel your order and replace it. If you have any questions please contact info@booie.com
Well by that time your order is underway (we told you, we’re working quickly to get your product in your hands!), so any cancellations after the dispatch will mean you incur shipping and handling fees.
Ok, so we’d love to offer a refund if you change your mind, but we can’t. Having said that, if your BOOIE product is deemed faulty, we will absolutely replace it for you. Just email info@booie.com with pictures and a description of the fault. Our customer service team will then assess your query and send a replacement item if required. It may take up to 30 days to process a refund claim from when it’s been lodged.
We love a good stroll through the shops as much as anyone but for the time being BOOIE is available online through our website only. If anything changes, you’ll be the first to know.
We know, there’s nothing more annoying when you have your heart set on something but, there’s a solution! If a product is out of stock you can join the waitlist for any of our products by clicking on the link within the product page.
We’re in the business of fun and great makeup, but we also take your privacy and security seriously. We’ll never share your personal information with third parties, without your consent.
