Refunds

1. If you have purchased items from booie.com we do not offer a refund if you have changed your mind, however you can cancel or amend your order within 90 minutes (within business hours AEST/ AEDT) of placing your order. You can do this via contacting us on info@booie.com

2. If your item is faulty, please email us at info@booie.com within 30 days of purchase, including clear photos, a description of the issue, and a copy of your receipt. Our customer service team will review your request and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement.

3. We do not offer exchanges or returns for change of mind regarding colour. Refunds or replacements will only be provided if the product is faulty, received in error, or significantly differs from the description provided by BOOIE Beauty. 

4. If your product is deemed faulty, you will not be required to return the product. If the goods are deemed faulty, we will replace or refund the product free of additional freight charges.

5. If you are granted a refund we will refund the price paid by you for the goods (exclusive of the initial delivery charge) within thirty (30) days of receiving your original notification that you would like a refund.

6. Refunds will only be made to the original credit/debit card used for purchase.

7. There will be no credit given on order price difference, due to price drops or promotions. Promotional codes cannot be applied after an order has been placed.
