By placing an order with our company, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions outlined below.

BOOIE Beauty reserves the right to make changes to this website and these Terms and Conditions at any time without any prior notice.

Your Order

1. Accepted payments include credit cards (Visa/ Mastercard/Bankcard ONLY)
The title of the goods supplied does not pass to the customer from BOOIE Beauty until the full amount is paid to BOOIE Beauty.

2. Please confirm your country of delivery and your preferred currency for payment before browsing to ensure the correct information is displayed on screen.

3. To place an order for products on the website, you should press the ‘pay now’ button at the end of the checkout process. You will be guided through the process of placing an order by a series of simple instructions on the website.

4. At the checkout you will be given an opportunity to review your order, including the country of delivery, to make any amendments prior to placing an order.

5. You will receive an order confirmation email detailing the products you have ordered. This email does not constitute our acceptance of your order. order acceptance will take place on the dispatch of your products ordered.

6. If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you of this via email and will not charge you for the product. If we have taken payment prior to non-acceptance of your order then we will refund you, but please note that it can take up to 7 business days for the bank to transfer the funds to you. Non acceptance of an order may be because:

(a) The product is out of stock;

(b) We were unable to authorise your payment or your billing information is not verifiable;

(c) Because of unexpected limits on our resources which we could not reasonably plan for;

(d) An error in the price or description of the product;

(e) In our sole discretion, the order appears to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors or otherwise appears fraudulent;

(f) Your order is flagged by our security systems as an unusual order or an order susceptible to fraud;

(g) We could not deliver to the address provided by you; or

(h) Due to an event outside of our control (see below).

7. We will assign an order number to your order. It will help us if you can tell us the order number whenever you contact us about your order.

8. The BOOIE Beauty website is intended solely for BOOIE Beauty to sell BOOIE Beauty  products direct to end consumers, and therefore purchase of products for resale is strictly prohibited. Purchase for resale means the purchase of a BOOIE Beauty product by someone who resells, or intends to resell the BOOIE Beauty product to others (consumers, businesses or any third party). If BOOIE Beauty  believes you are involved in purchase for resale, BOOIE Beauty reserves the right to take any action against you, including, without limitation, to restrict sales to you, cancel your orders, and/or suspend or close your account.

9. Our products are formulated with high-quality ingredients, but we cannot guarantee specific results as individual skin types may vary.

10. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. In the event of a cancellation, a full refund will be issued to the customer.

11. We take privacy and security seriously and will never share your personal information with third parties without your consent.

12. BOOIE Beauty may vary prices for received orders in the event of price changes. In the case of price increase, you may cancel the order by giving notice to BOOIE Beauty which must be received within seven days of the price increase notification.

13. Quantity in stock does not take into account the orders already placed which are yet to be processed. It is possible that an order placed earlier will receive the allocation of the part in which the quantity for it showed as in stock at the time of your order. Inventory discrepancy can also affect the accuracy of the stock status displayed on our web site.

14. Any attempt to cancel an order must be made within 90 minutes of placing the order. Cancellations attempted after the despatching will result in the customer having to pay the shipping and handling charges on the package and the cost of shipping the package back.

15. If a product is sold out you can ‘join the waitlist’ for any of our products by clicking on the link on the product page.

16. When trying any new products, we recommend consulting your medical practitioner if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a medical condition or are taking any medication.

17. When free gift promotion is on offer, the free gift will be automatically added to your cart once your order reaches the threshold stated on the homepage. Please note that customers are eligible for one free gift per order and only while stock lasts.
