BOOIE Beauty Bloody Loyal Club – Terms & Conditions

The Bloody Loyal Club (also referred to as BOOIE Beauty’s Loyalty Program) is a customer rewards program (“Program”) managed and conducted by BOOIE Beauty (“BOOIE,” “we,” or “our”) for the benefit of our customers (“Customer” or “you”).

By signing up to the Program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) as well as our Privacy Policy. Please read both carefully before participating.

1. Participation and Membership

  • Participation in the Program is open to all BOOIE customers with access to our online store at booie.com.
  • Membership is free and automatic when you create a BOOIE account or join via the loyalty sign-up.
  • Customers under 18 years must have parental/guardian consent to join, and that a parent/guardian must also agree to these Terms.
  • Accounts are limited to one per person, and email details must be valid and unique.

2. Earning BOOIE Bucks

  • Members earn BOOIE Bucks (points) for purchases made online at booie.com, excluding shipping fees, gift cards, discounts, and returns.
  • BOOIE Bucks are calculated on the net spend after discounts and promotions.
  • Additional BOOIE Bucks can be earned through other actions, including but not limited
    to:

Leaving product reviews

Referring or inviting friends

Following BOOIE Beauty on social media

Celebrating your birthday (date must be registered at least 24 hours in advance)

  • BOOIE reserves the right to add, amend, or remove earning methods at any time.
  • Points credited in error, through fraudulent activity, or related to returned/refunded orders will be removed from your balance.

3. Redeeming BOOIE Bucks

  • BOOIE Bucks can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases via booie.com and may have an expiry date. Please check emails and booie.com for expiry dates.
  • Please take note of the following minimum order values(all in AUD):

$10 voucher -$80 minimum order value.

$20 voucher -$90 minimum order value.

$30 voucher -$100 minimum order value.

$40 voucher -$110 minimum order value.

$50 voucher -$120 minimum order value.

  • BOOIE Bucks have no cash value and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or refunded.
  • Minimum spend thresholds may apply for redemption.
  • BOOIE Bucks cannot be combined with certain promotions, bundles, or sale items as determined by BOOIE.

4. Loyalty Tiers

  • The Bloody Loyal Club has four tiers, based on your annual spend on booie.com.
  • You will automatically move up a tier once you reach the relevant spend threshold. 
  • Your tier benefits will apply as soon as you reach the new tier.
  • Points you earn through the program will expire 12 months after they are applied.
  • If you do not maintain the annual spend threshold for your tier, you will move down to the appropriate tier at the end of your 12-month cycle.
  • Tiers and benefits are determined by BOOIE and may be updated, amended, or withdrawn at any time.

5. Expiry of BOOIE Bucks

  • BOOIE Bucks expire 12 months after the date of issue unless otherwise
    specified.
  • Expired BOOIE Bucks cannot be reinstated.

6. Referrals

  • Referrals must be made via your unique referral link provided by the Program.
  • A referral is only valid if the referred customer is a first-time BOOIE customer and completes a qualifying purchase using the referral link.
  • BOOIE reserves the right to withhold or cancel referral rewards if activity is deemed fraudulent, suspicious, or otherwise in breach of these Terms.

7. Rewards, Perks, and Offers

  • Rewards, gifts, benefits, and offers communicated via the Program may be subject to separate terms, expiry dates, and redemption conditions.
  • Rewards and perks are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Availability of rewards and perks is not guaranteed, and BOOIE is not liable for unavailability for any reason.
  • To access rewards and communications, you must remain opted-in to receive BOOIE emails.

Additional Perks:

  • Birthday rewards will only be applied if your date of birth is entered at least 24 hours before your birthday.
  • Reviews on purchased products can earn BOOIE Bucks once per order.
  • A maximum of 100 BOOIE Bucks can be earned per review when a photo and/or video is included. Reviews that contain both a photo and a video will still be capped at 100 BOOIE Bucks.
  • BOOIE Bucks will not be issued for reviews on returned or cancelled items.

8. Changes to Details

  • You are responsible for ensuring your personal details are accurate and up to date.
  • BOOIE is not responsible for any loss of rewards, benefits, or communications caused by incorrect or outdated customer details.

9. Suspension or Termination

BOOIE may suspend or terminate your membership immediately if you:

  • Breach these Terms;
  • Engage in fraudulent or abusive activity;
  • Supply false or misleading information;
  • Act in a hostile, aggressive, or inappropriate manner towards BOOIE staff or customers;
  • Attempt to transfer or sell rewards, offers, or benefits in breach of these Terms.

Where membership is suspended or terminated, any accumulated BOOIE Bucks or rewards will also be forfeited.

You may terminate your membership at any time by contacting BOOIE Customer Support.

10. Changes to the Program

  • BOOIE may amend, suspend, or terminate the Bloody Loyal Club (or any part of it) at any time.
  • Where possible, reasonable notice will be given by posting updated Terms on our website.
  • Continued participation in the Program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
  • Any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
